Career Strategies is seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Consultant to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the property, responsible for creating an inviting and positive experience for potential and current residents. Your role is crucial in maintaining high occupancy levels, promoting properties, and ensuring resident satisfaction. If you have a passion for customer service, sales, and real estate, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of the property and showcasing available units.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential residents to convert leads into leases.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, property values, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our unique selling points.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure it remains clean, well-maintained, and attractive.
• Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents, including online listings and social media promotions.
• Participate in resident events and community activities to foster a sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 yr of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.
• Lease Up experience
• Low Income & Section-8 housing experience a plus!
• Yardi and CRM experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed leasing goals.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate prospective residents' schedules.
