Job Skills Required:

• Manages day-to-day operations.
• Oversees scheduling needs and ensuring time is clocked accurately using an application to manage this.
• Utilize skills and knowledge from previous cleaning and detailing experience.
• Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain high productivity.
• Assist in training and guiding cleaning staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and operational managers.
• Handle and operate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages.
• Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three years of experience in janitorial cleaning in a community work setting
• Must pass extensive background check
• Have reasonable driving record and reliable transportation
• Must provide three strong references to support successful experience
• DEPENDABLE, honest, hardworking, and punctual
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment caring for customers and having pride for a job well done.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 30 per week
