Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative who thrives on building relationships, driving outreach, and collaborating across teams. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with early-career sales experience in healthcare or pharmacy who is eager to grow, engage customers, and represent the brand in the market and at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-ups
• Promote and sell company products/services to healthcare and pharmacy-focused clients
• Build, manage, and nurture strong customer relationships through consistent engagement
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals
• Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives in collaboration with the team
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospects and partners
• Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and sales performance
• Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence to support strategy development
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and marketing targets

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or pharmacy-related sales or marketing
• Understanding of healthcare workflows, pharmacy operations, or industry regulations
• Hands-on experience with trade shows, events, or field marketing activities
