ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia.

\nRN - Med Surg
\n\nJob Details:
\n• 36 or 48 hour guaranteed schedule
\n• Medical Surgical Unit with remote telemetry monitoring
\n• Patient ratio of 1:6 on a 38-bed unit with average daily census of 33
\n• Care for adolescent to geriatric patient population
\n• Work every other weekend with floating to similar units required
\n• No call requirements
\n• Holiday work required based on assignment period (1-2 holidays if they fall during assignment, 2 of 3 if three holidays occur)
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
\n• Must have Epic charting system experience (required)
\n• Work with Pyxis medication system and SBAR communication
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Minimum 1 year experience required, first-time travelers accepted
\n• Must handle medical surgical diagnoses, telemetry monitoring, wound care, IV management, blood product administration, chest tubes, oxygen administration, and isolation precautions
\n• 24 hours of orientation provided
\n• Full compliance required to start on time
